Corrections, a source we have got wrong, a licensing board that has changed, a broken link on a page telling you to verify something, or an accessibility failure. All of those we want to hear about and will act on.

What we cannot help with

We cannot send you a locksmith. We are not a locksmith, we do not dispatch, and we do not have a list of companies to refer you to — having one would be the beginning of exactly the business model this site exists to warn about. If you need someone now, the verification checklist on the home page is the most useful thing we have.
